PLAYING TENNIS SAFELY - UPDATED 17TH MAY 21

Pre Attendance Symptom Check:

Please ensure you have done a pre-attendance assessment of your child for any COVID-19 symptoms using the information on the NHS website before leaving home - view here >


No-one should leave home to participate in tennis if they, or someone they live with, has symptoms of COVID -19, currently recognised as any of:

  • A high temperature

  • A new, continuous cough

  • A loss of, or change to, their sense of smell or taste


Venue:

  • The club house is not able to be accessed before, during or after sessions in response to Covid-19 guidance.

  • Participating children/adults will be able to use the toilet facilities, for juniors this will be appropriately supervised. Where possible please go to the before arriving.

  • To avoid congestion the club advise you park on the Old Blandford Road and walk players in to the club.

  • All children and adults are asked to be mindful and maintain a safe social distance from each other.


On court:

  • Where possible the sessions will be run across two courts.

  • Please continue to hand sanitize at the beginning and at the end of a session.

  • Coaches will be mindful to maintain social distancing on & off the court.

  • Players will be asked to be mindful to maintain safe social distancing on & off the court.
